Have a wonderful weekend!
The valley is located in the province of Aragatsotn in western Armenia, between Yerevan and the highest peak in Armenia, the Ararat massif at 5,200m.....
Hopefully, we'll be able to see more of it than just a tiny bit on the left and right.

Hoffentlich können wir irgendwann mehr davon sehen als hier, wo nur ein winziger Teil links und rechts zu sehen ist.
It's hard to believe this place is real, let alone a fresh dusting of snow and the fog creeping down into the valley. I felt special capturing this moment by myself, with the odd person walking by on a crisp morning in fall.
It is still hard to imagine i was standing here looking out in front of me.
I'm glad i got this on film.
A couple of our girls took me for a 3 hour hike into a valley I have not seen before. It is a branch off the Greenstone track and also close to the Routeburn track which is more well known but not as famous as the Milford Track which is over those mountains in the distance. Sorry a bit of a postcard.
I think it might have been better if the valley had been filled with sunlight but I couldn't move it in the right direction. Have to go to the gym more often.

Tullagh Bay, Dunaff - Clonmany, Inishowen, County Donegal, Ireland
This panoramic photo captures an extremely wide view of the stunning Urris Valley. From the top of Binnion Hill overlooking Tullagh Strand, Dunaff Head & Raghtin More Mountain there are so many areas of beauty to be found here on the north coast of Inishowen.
I have captured this scene in the past however, it was winter so the mountains were snow-capped and the sun was setting directly behind Raghtin More mountain. I’ve since seeked a new version with no snow and the sun setting more to the right over the ocean. I wanted this newer version to also be even larger than before, showing a little more of the valley to the left leading back to Clonmany and also showing the little beach to the far right of the scene. These were all the little things either missing or aligned differently on my first photo, so my new personal challenge was set to recapture this newly visioned scene
Firstly, I returned during summer which obviously meant there was no snow but the main reason being that the sun would set more to the east during summer and as you can see has thankfully set over the ocean. This scene once more proved to be very challenging to capture mainly due to the enormity of the area and capturing 12 separate photos, then combining and fitting all into this one panoramic photograph. Timing it with a vibrant sunset, calm weather conditions and only a 5-minute window to capture all was nerve-wracking 😓
I won’t complain though as everything aligned and worked out extremely well for me on this evening. The weather was perfect with little wind and I captured my photo exactly the way I wanted it! sometimes things do go perfectly to plan 🙏 I hope you enjoy it as much as I've loved every moment capturing it
Hope you enjoy! Please Favourite & Follow to view my newest upcoming works, Thank you

The valley of Santa Lucia comes down from Nago to Torbole, on the shore of Garda lake. Centuries ago the trade route through it was the main connection between the Garda lake region and the valley of Adige.
In 1439 Venetian army undertook there a famous challenge. As from the south their superior navy couldn't reach the Garda lake, they were sailing up the Adige river almost till Rovereto and then carried ships over the Passo San Giovanni and by the Santa Lucia valley down to Garda lake, where they defeated the army of Lombards.

Wake hard in the morning.
See the young girl milking.
Stream rushing by on a bed of stone.
Old goats and sandstone cracking --
All containing --
Squeezing that river like it squeeze your bones.
In the long red, red valley
people live here too long.
In the long red, red valley
they only sing the valley song.
Some bad people living further down the valley,
Not easy for us to do good trade.
We got snowmelt, snowmelt sweet water.
They got that valley road that they made.
In the long red, red valley
people dying here too long.
In the long red, red valley
they only sing the valley song.
Holding hands on the hillside.
Showing love to your brother --
your sister and your mother --
but we hate those people down the valley.
Has anybody seen Moses?
Get him off that mountain.
Bring back the tablets of stone.
It's a wise, wise prophet who keeps his own council.
Yeah, leave the other man's wife alone.
In the long red, red valley
people live here too long.
In the long red, red valley
they only sing the valley song.
note: an overlooked song about the cautions of prejudice.
A quick look at the valley below. It's located in Italy, near the borders with Slovenia and Austria.

This American photographer from Virginia slept on the ground all night on an air mattress, while his next of kin slept inside their car. As we pulled into the dunes car park at 4:45AM, I inadvertently woke him with our headlights. But it was time.
For the next two hours, the three of us worked the dunes together through an incredible sunrise, speaking only once as he hurried past us to a more distant dune.
And here I was worried this gentleman would spoil my shots. Instead, I wish I had his email address so I could thank him and send him these and a few other shots to enjoy.
Straight from the camera.

One of my favourite haunts was to walk up into the Ochil hills and spend most of the day at certain locations just waiting for the right light. I would have my sandwiches and a flask of tea and I wouldn't call the Queen my auntie, I felt like I was on top of the world. I am sorry that I haven't been getting back to you recently my friends as my brother is ill also and I still am fighting ill health. I hope that things are ok with you and I love to look at your inspiring images.
The Wissahickon Valley Gorge - The color of autumn in November 2018 FINALLY takes hold. For two days only, this past weekend my challenge was the beautiful Wissahickon Valley Gorge over 2,000 acres of parkland and trails that would challenge the best of hikers. I welcome Autumn every year with long solitary hikes into the landscape with camera gear strapped to my back looking for an inspirational location to photograph. Seems Edgar Allen Poe enjoyed this place too because well, he wrote about it in his 1844 short story ‘Morning on the Wissahickon’ where he stated ‘Now the Wissahickon is so remarkable a loveliness that, were it flowing in England, it would be the theme of every bard.’

Living Life
Life is not a race - but indeed a journey. Be Honest. Work Hard. Be Choosy. Say 'thank you', 'I love you', and "great job' to someone each day. Go to church, take time for prayer. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh. Let your handshake mean more than pen and paper. Love your life and what you've been given, it is not accidental ~ search for your purpose and do it as best you can. Dreaming does matter. It allows you to become that which you aspire to be. Laugh often. Appreciate the little things in life and enjoy them. Some of the best things really are free. Do not worry, less wrinkles are more becoming. Forgive, it frees the soul. Take time for yourself ~ Plan for longevity. Recognize the special people you've been blessed to know. Live for today, enjoy the moment.

Yosemite National Park was for me, both a blessing and a curse. The blessing was the beauty of the mountains, valleys, rivers and sky. The curse…I’m not a landscape photography guy. In between every tree, rock and crevice I was looking for wildlife. It was by far the largest area that I had ever visited that was nearly void of wildlife. Even the park ranger that I asked for help in locating critters tried to get me excited about the whitetail deer that come out at dawn and dusk…I can see whitetail most days around our neighborhood.
Yosemite is just another reason to thank Abraham Lincoln for the blessing that he was as he had the insight to set aside the magnificent place way back in his day, laying the foundation for our National Parks System.

We explored Goblin Valley State Park, three square miles of twisted hoodoos formed of highly eroded Entrada Sandstone. The hoodoo Wilbur is standing by looks somewhat like a camel with a high saddle. I don't think it would be a good idea to try and ride it! For one thing, that's illegal, and for another, these hoodoos are very fragile and would likely fall apart.
