We had 1 & a 1/2 hours here en route to Liverpool. There was a market going on too, so I started my Christmas shopping back in September here! I bought a lovely canvas ' Spaniels Are Best' shopping bag for my ex daughter in law. Other dog bags were available! 😆

The Bentall Centre is a large shopping centre in Kingston upon Thames, Greater London, England, which opened in 1992. It has been built in the retail space of Bentalls department store, first established on the site in 1867. Bentalls, now part of the Fenwick group, retains a large premium department store in the development. The centre is located adjacent to John Lewis Kingston, as well as the historic market town centre. There are 75 stores within the centre
Happy Every Day Is Stairs Day!
Burton Upon Trent, is a town straddling the River Trent in the east of Staffordshire and lies within the National Forest. Burton is best known for its Breweries with over 10 occupying the town at some time. The town originally grew up around Burton on Trent Abbey, which was the most important religious centre in medieval Staffordshire.
What a beautiful day this was while visiting my brother's ranch! It was my husband's birthday and 100% rain forecast for this day. And look what God gave us instead!

This was the kind of spot and the kind of light where if I had stumbled upon it I would been wishing a train would come -- with little hope since this line only sees 3-4 workings per week. But I had not stumbled on it and I knew I train was coming! Really enjoyed hanging out here and capturing the train as it crawled towards me.
