I'm not sure if they are unloading mussels or clams.
This is at Covehead Wharf in Prince Edward National Park, PEI, Canada.

Smyril after arriving from her port of registration, Tvøroyri on the southernmost of the Faroe Islands, Suðuroy, a voyage she makes 2 or 3 times per day (2 hours 5 minutes each way). Her crews make a dramatic entrance with a swing about her bow to reverse into her berth to unload and load vehicles, freight and passengers. Smyril was designed and built in Cádiz in Spain. Here the stern doors are opening to allow unloading/loading operations to begin.
