It's made with 1:2 rectangle, but can actually be made with other proportion rectangle and with some angles varied during the folding. It will vary the angle of the pyramids and the size of the petals.

So after I assembled four of the tetrahedra, I took a long break due to laziness. I finally finished it last night. Instructions by Thomas Hull here. The folding of each unit is very simple. Assembling it wasn't bad either.....except maybe when I got to the last tetrahedron. I had to be careful not to squish the other parts while preventing the pieces from falling out.
