The Union Square Green Market is plentiful with flowers these days--I'd say it's all plants and apples right now.
(And some ramps! Which I bought. I will post pics when I do something with them.)
I got a poppy seed one.
IT WAS SO GOOD. DUDE. WHY DO ALL HAMENTASHEN TASTE SO GOOD? This is the only vendor I've noticed so far that sells em and they're only there on Wednesdays, I think. Maybe not. ...but yeah, these are good, sooooo good.

...but that was okay. Cos you know, it takes a lot to get me to eat sweets. (cough) The crust was the nicest part. It had LENGTH. Yes, I'm employing my meager wine tasting experience into the rating of baked goods.

Karrie picked up a helium tank and some balloons to make the place a little more festive.
Changes since these pics were taken include signs to identify the genre sections, and a nice wall scroll featuring the characters from the Anime/Manga "Bleach", which is now over the side of the A-frame, which holds those categories.
