The event brought together subject matter experts from NATO, military institutions, academia, and the United Nations, who shared valuable perspectives on the challenges posed by Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and evolving terrorist tactics.
Through this collaborative exchange, participants deepened their understanding of how emerging technologies are reshaping the security landscape in the Middle East and worldwide, and how collective expertise can inform effective countermeasures.
Such initiatives underscore NATO’s ongoing commitment to strengthening dialogue and capacities, building resilience, and enhancing regional cooperation through the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI).
