TL 08 is a design concept for a fashionable alternative to the ´Cloud´. A stylish USB necklace with secure ´anywhere and at any time´ access to digital memories and other important personal data. Inspired by military Dog Tags and 600 series from Rotring the TL 08 have a minimalistic, masculine and pure ´form follows function´ look. It is made of stainless steel, is tough, light, small and contains an upgradeable, water-and dust-proof 16 GB USB flash drive. As one result of the design study TL 08 was manufactured in a limited edition of 10 pieces – with engraved personalized numbers on back.
