Mixed-model web pages: A page that is both serving content over HTTPS and HTTP. This app is Simplenote, and since I'm using the free version I see ads. I'm assuming that's what is breaking Chrome's HTTPS rule. This is just as bad as a self-signed cert. Users will ignore it in order to use the web app and there's no well to tell what content is being hosted over HTTPS (without viewing the page source, etc.). On a positive note, I do really like the Visit history phising-protection feature.
