I used a template to trace the outline of the letters then cut the shapes freehand. This is an 8.5" x 11" piece of card stock.
More details about this on my blog.

Hand cramps galore. This is a smaller portion of a 30x10' wall of typography I've been working on for the NewSpring Church Student building. Should go to print this week.
It's been fun doing custom variations on some of may favorite digital typefaces (Knockout, Poplar, Soho, etc.) Quite the exercise in patience.
My design works appeared in design book.
I have spent many time with design, and it has been a rich
and rewarding experience for me. My efforts bore fruit at last.
It couldn't be better than this!
In this book, I found many behance friends. also nice works!
Congraturation to me :-)

My latest cover for Bronze Rat Records’ Seriés Aphōnos. It’s a limited edition, vinyl only release from Heavy Trash, Jon Spencer’s (of the Blues Explosion) two man side project.
The words are taken from the poem I wrote, titled - "it's a bubble thing!".
Bubbles - small, big, colored thing,
you blow them, they will fly, as if touch the sky.
ephemeral - never care - flaunt their wings,
you will not know, it's a bubble thing!
One day I asked a bubbly bubble,
you sway as if you will always be there;
oblivious of thing, you sway in your own bubble.
she said - it's a bubble thing!
The bubble said where did you blow me from and where did I eventually go?
I thought and thought...
She said why are you so attached to just one form of the duality,
but may be its a little non-intuitive to you, as it's a bubble thing!
She said - you thought you generated one, but it was always there!
you just changed its form to something, which was volatile and bare.
You behold the vista - but once you desired to hold...
But, why am I telling you this...? it's a bubble thing!

Great typography and color palettes from some vintage grocery boxes I bought in Upstate NY. Enjoy.
