I took these last couple desert-y looking shots in Arizona. This bird one is my favorite out of the 4. This one inspired me to maybe do a sort of series of lego animals... should I?

ex US Air Force Cessna T-37B 'Tweet' 57-2259 last in service with the 64th Flying Training Wing at Reese AFB, Lubbock, Texas in 1976

 

Seen in a storage compound at Hill AFB Museum back in 1996 she was eventually placed on display undercover

 

This little side-by-side seater Cessna formed the backbone of the USAF's primary jet training for several decades - also seeing service with them in Vietnam for light attack and for COIN (Counter Insurgency) duties as the A-37 Dragonfly with some being sold on to a host of other Nations including several South American Air Arms

 

Tweet's were also used by Portugal's National Aerobatic Demonstration Team - the 'Asas De Portugal'
