PS. About saving: to save your image, just choose jpg from the dropdown list when saving- Photoshop will sort out the layers for you. (but keep in mind that layers aren't kept when you make your image a jpg file, so any changes you've made you'll be stuck with after you finish working on that image.)
Tikaf Viper did a series of tutorals on the BijoCam Construction System. [BijoCam is a prim-tool you can use to control how your avatar's camera sees the world.] You can view all three of the tutorials here. They were shot in the Skymall of NeoVictoria and they have kept the sets rezzed, so you can use them to learn the tool. Bring a friend, watch how they did it and make your own. Wonderbar!

2. Make a sketch in ToonPAINT.
3. Add paper look to original image in iStalin.
4. Use Grunge Rays filter in PhotoStudio on original image. Use hue to adjust color as needed.
5. Blend the iStalin image and the ToonPAINT image in Backgroundz.

7. Use Pic Grunger to add texture and border.
