Today (28/11/2020) saw the entry into service of 5 Volvo B11RLET / Plaxton Panorama CH61/16FT coaches on the Stagecoach Oxford Tube network. I popped along to Thornhill Park & Ride, Lewknor and Hillingdon to see them in action. Coaches new today were:
50421 YX70LUA;
50422 YX70LUD;
50423 YX70LUE;
50424 YX70LUF;
50425 YX70LUH.
It suddenly got a wee bit chilly whilst travelling to Embankment on the tube. We turned to our left and there was this Ghoulie groaning and muttering under his breath. He stumbled around for a bit and then got off at Gloucester Road.

accidentally shot this whole iso 400 roll on a camera set to iso 200 and everything was weirdly underexposed but for this shot, i think i favour it
this woman's hair was dancing with the hot breeze of the tube rushing past
Macro Mondays - Holes
(Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 1:2,8/50mm, shot at f5,6 using a macro extension tube)
This quiet backwater of the Central Line used to be operated by experimental motor cars built by Cravens in 1960. These sandwiched pre-1938 'standard stock' trailers with clerestory roofs. These cars were painted silver to match the unpainted aluminium of the Craven cars.
This is Woodford. Aug 1973.
Lava tubes in Hawaii.. quite the show.. they are like blowholes with water shooting through.. Let's just say I may have learned my lesson getting too close. Enjoy!
