This really is true.

So many of us are hiding from God...That's worse than lying to ourselves...which so many of us also do on the regular.

What's the point? He knows and We know...

The Truth and the truth will set us free!

the expression in the previous photo is really just an in between look. This is what the wild child really looks like. The previous photo came after the weird dancing face but before the triple chin face.

Downtown San Jose - Women's March 2017

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:

a time to be born, and a time to die;

a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;

a time to kill, and a time to heal;

a time to break down, and a time to build up;

a time to weep, and a time to laugh;

a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;

a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

a time to seek, and a time to lose;

a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

a time to tear, and a time to sew;

a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

a time to love, and a time to hate;

a time for war, and a time for peace

hold on, hold on,

let me get the words out

before i burst.

there's no truth at all,

poking out the child eyes

of ancient gods.

cool heads have failed,

and now it's time for me

to have my turn.

R-Truth @ Adelaide, South Australia 'RAW' house show on the 4th of July '11

Sometimes we get so caught up in life's challenges that there just seems no end to the struggle. I have to admit, every time I see a great bird of prey soaring above I pause where ever I am and just watch in awe.... and in envy... I think how nice it would be sometimes to effortlessly lift myself above the ordinary and experience something extraordinary... something like this African Fish Eagle was doing on this day that I visited Lake Naivasha in Kenya last month... I can also vividly remember the dreams of my youth where I was soaring and floating... even to the point where I was catching my breath.

We've all heard versions of the quote "They will soar high on wings like eagles", even the one "How can I do so when I'm here with all of these turkeys?", but that quote is actually from Isaiah 40:31 that says: "But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." Today I want to make sure to work on reducing the 'but' and experiencing the 'strength'... how about you???

Hope everyone is enjoying their day... here is another angle\perspective of that eagle swooping down next to our outrigger... :-)

Sanctuary of Truth (Thai: ปราสาทสัจธรรม, also called Wang Boran and Prasat Mai[1]) is a temple construction in Pattaya, Thailand.[2] The sanctuary is an all-wood building filled with sculptures based on traditional Buddhist and Hindu motifs. The top of the building is 105 meters high, and the building covers an area of more than two rai. It features contemporary Visionary art based on traditional religious themes. The project was initiated as an idea of Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphant in 1981, and is scheduled to be complete in 2050.

The style of the sanctuary evokes Khmer architecture, displaying hand-carved wooden sculptures indicative of the imperial setting at Angkor. It has four gopura, respectively representing images from the Buddhist and Hindu religions and mythologies of Cambodia, China, India and Thailand.[1] According to the official website, its purpose is to use art and culture as "a reflection of the Ancient Vision of Earth, Ancient Knowledge, and Eastern Philosophy. Within this complex, visitors will understand Ancient Life, Human Responsibility, Basic Thought, Cycle of living, Life Relationship with Universe and Common Goal of Life toward Utopia".[2]

"Truth is Beauty," a 55-foot tall sculpture by Marco Cochrane

The statue, completed in 2013, was displayed at that year's Burning Man festival in Nevada.

Today it is located in San Leandro, California, within the San Leandro Tech Campus and adjacent to the San Leandro BART station.

The feet of the statue are surrounded by a concrete circle, level with the surrounding grass, in which metal characters spell out the question "What would the world be like if women were safe?" in several languages.
