I went on a photowalk with an acquaintance just before New Year's Eve. This is what came out of it? Donald Trump on cement, surrounded by winter lights. I don't know. There were some nice bokeh to be had.

On Memorial Day, 'President' Donnie tRump shared a lengthy 'Happy Memorial Day' tirade. In it, he failed to acknowledge, even once, the sacrifice of America's fallen soldiers, the very reason for the day's observance by most Americans.

Bill P. has taken my beautiful swan portrait and defaced it with his interpretation of this swan with a TV personalities hair. I sure wouldn't vote for him. I do like the look though..............on the Trump-eter Swan. :-)))

Trumped V2.0 since I called an older version of this shot Trumped. This is from last week playing around with the D800. This is not an HDR this time, just manually blended 5 exp to create the depth in the image. Between LR4, the D800's Dynamic Range, and just manually blending the exposures which in my eyes gives a better realistic image, I am thinking my HDR days maybe number. (Except for sometimes I do use it in portraits to give a cool feel).
See my quick review of the D800 below:

Set on the ruins on Robert the Bruce’s Castle, the Turnberry lighthouse has been heralded as a legendary beacon to passing ships and to golfers from across the globe. Now, it is also home to one of the world’s finest suites. Elegant in its décor and grand in its aura, the Trump Turnberry Lighthouse Suite offers breathtaking views across the Irish sea to the Isle of Arran and beyond.

Trump Tower has this amazing wrap-around three-story shopping mall right along the riverwalk that is completely and embarrassingly unused.

MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) Hobart, is a cutting edge art gallery. This depicts Julius Popp's installation 'bit.flow' - where words from internet searches are transformed into waterfall drops.
The kids watch as 'Trump' drops, and dissipates quickly - into the gutters below....
See the Building on the left?
River Plaza/ aka 405 N. Wabash
is a Building - built in the mid-1970's, & was
was a forerunner
to the (now massive) Redevelopment of a once Industrial area of Chicago called
River North.
A Parking Garage below grade was
created and a 2nd building was "drawn" above it-
yet-it was never built.
Then.
A Supremely Dysfunctional Condo Board,
sold Air Rights to a Developer,
who built the Building in the RIGHT of the frame.
After - tRUMP developed the Building in-between.
Seem- a little "dense" to you?
IT- SURE DOES TO ME!
