We had to go Trick or Treating, and decided Deadwool is a great place to do so. And once Evie reminded me that its about fear not about Joy (Joy is for Christmas she says) it went quite well!

. . . for UNICEF. When I was a child/youth, our church usually sponsored a Halloween event where we collected donations for UNICEF. After all groups returned to the church and monies were turned in, treats were available. Pictured for Macro Mondays is my Trick-or-Treat image of hot cocoa with marshmallows (the real treat). BTW - our hot cocoa treats at church were not made with packets of instant mix; they were made the old fashioned way.

I used Image Tricks Pro to experiment with the shot of a gazebo frame that I took earlier today.
Entered in the Newport Photo Club 1st Open (intermediate digital image) competition on 3 November 2020, with the title 'Droste gazebo'. The judge held it back for another look, though he felt that ideally it should be circular, or at least square. It made the cut, surviving as one of the final seven, and was Commended.
"Your costume is just dumb, Wilby! Who would want to be a clump of grapes??!" said Jeremy.
"Mama! Jeremy called my Halloween costume dumb! Are grapes dumb??! ONE day I will be a fine wine, won't I?? I didn't want to be a ghost like Jeremy and half the other bears!"
"Okay, guys! NO more fussing or nobody is going trick or treating on Halloween! I think you both have wonderful costumes!!"
