Part of the Organic Modular Structures series, this pendant is the same form as the grey felt object I made, but much smaller. The triangular units are riveted together to form a strong rigid structure, which when worn spins on the curved wire segment of the chain. This series was originally inspired by the segments and symmetry seen in the prints by Ernst Haeckel. With this pendant I have aimed to bring together the modular styles seen in furniture and interior design, with the modular and segmented structures found in nature.

The above male was also very ill and fortunately it has recovered.Yesterday they had a Topi kill and must have fed well.
