I saw this sign on the way into work today, and was confused by it. It was on a small truck by Paddington station, and seems to be warning that those preaching salvation may be crushed...
"And we always say, it would be good to go away someday.
But if there's nothing there to make things change
if it's the same for you I'll just hang..."

A triangle quilt I made after being inspired by some colours I saw on a recent day trip to NYC :) I'm obsessed with it and I think there'll be a few more quilts with those colours!

one of the many stones I decorated in the last two months... a gift for my aunt who invited me for a wonderful day in Rome, to be shared in the company of a group with a German art historian/archeologist and a local archeologist... living again the time of the ancient Roman harbor catering to a city which had then already one million inhabitants... trip number 13 for my aunt (84 years old, never tired), you never finish discovering Rome... :)!
The summer triangle is one of the most famous features of the night sky. It is composed of three pretty bright stars called Altair, Deneb and Vega. The Milky Way Galaxy portion visible from Earth extends right through the center of this wonderful geometrical shape in the night Sky. This is one of my first attempts at the Milky Way using only a DSLR camera with no SCOPE. I used 34 lights with 10 darks 90 secs each exposure, ISO 500, f5.6 with a Canon 60D unmodified camera. The camera was mounted on a Ioptron Skytracker. Processed by my friend Albert Barr in Pixinsight until I learn how to use the darn software.A bit noisy but i am still on the initial learning path. Thanks for watching.
This is another very easy module which I am sure other folders have already discovered. The Module is simply a Preliminary Base with 2 opposite corners folded in to the centre. 8 modules are joined with simple folds to form a ring of triangles. 7.5cm squares of Wood Grain patterned papers and Kami are used to fold the modules. Diagrams later.

Sometimes you go back to places you've seen before, after a long while, and you see them under a different light.
