Die Neuen Kammern im Park Sanssouci, Potsdam wurden zwischen 1771 und 1775 für Friedrich den Großen erbaut. Das westlich neben Schloss Sanssouci stehende Gebäude ist das Gegenstück zu der östlich liegenden Bildergalerie. Beide Gebäude flankieren durch Baumreihen und Rampen getrennt das höherliegende Sommerschloss.
The New Chambers in Sanssouci Park, Potsdam, were constructed for King Frederick the Great of Prussia from 1771 to 1775. The building, which stands to the west of Sanssouci Palace, serves as a complement to the Picture Gallery, which lies to the east. Both buildings flank the summer palace.
I remember when moons were just moons. Still, it was very beautiful last night! If you look close in the 2nd picture you can see I just missed a flock a snow geese about to fly in front of the disk!
Shooting directly into the sun (hidden behind the trees) at the precipise walk near Dolgellau. Beautiful frosty morning.

In the Baltimore area, the October Glories, the last of the red maples to turn, don't reach their peak until mid November. The end of the driveway into school is lined with these beauties.
Lone quiver tree on the edge of the Fish River Canyon. Waiting for the sunrise was priceless.

This tree is huge. One of the few left in Minneapolis that still has leaves, amazingly.
