I'm starting a new custom project making a fairy house tree house that's two stories tall and features a root cellar, fishy pond, real working window and bonsai weeping cherry tree.
There are two light circuits - one interior and one exterior.
Everything is being designed to accomodate 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature scale.

Shot just after sunrise. The house overlooks Town Cove, Orleans, Cape Cod. You can just see the house through a gap in the rather dense tree and shrubbery surrounding it. It almost looks like a tree house but what you see is the second floor.

The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary (also commonly known as the Thattekad Sanctuary) is located in the Kothamangalam Taluk of Ernakulam district on the northern bank of the Periyar river.
this little (broken, i think) tree house is right next to my little town house.
i was having a coffee outdoor and can't help it to take a photo...
it's must be fun to be in one of those little tree house.
Not actually a tree house of course, but the kids call it that... Anyway, just happened to be playing with some presets in Lightroom and quite liked the result.
The playhouse is sited on a platform with two levels. The platform is accessed via a staircase to the right hand side or via a climbing wall with knotted rope or a scramble net. The playhouse is set on the lower platform and has a fireman's pole set to the left of the house. This platform then steps up to a slightly higher platform which has a climbing wall with knotted rope, a scramble net, a slide and a set of monkey bars coming off it. Underneath the platform is a hanging swing seat. The front of the playhouse has a central door with diamond shape cut out and a rectangular glazed window either side of it, the back and left hand side both have another glazed rectangular window in them, whilst the right hand side has two glazed rectangular windows: All these windows give lots of light into the house. Internally the house is plywood lined and has a trap door with rope ladder access to the ground, a foldaway table and a fitted bench. The roof has cedar shingles on it and then finished off with a facia and ridge board. The area then had rubber bark laid underneath to give an all year round weather surface.
I added another layer of stain, some landscaping and moss!

This house is on the northeast corner of the junction between Thomas and Green Streets in Deseronto, Ontario. R. Adams is probably the liquor merchant, Robert Adams, who is listed in the 1891 and 1901 censuses as living in Deseronto.
