This was shot on Kodak Ektar 100 but I wasn't real happy with the colour as light was poor so I did a monochrome conversion .Berthed at Stockton NSW in the Hunter Valley
A juvenile herring gull on the river wall on the Gorleston side of the River Yare with the trawler Soli Deo Gloria PH 63 of Plymouth moored on the Great Yarmouth side.
Two trawlers sailing down the River Thames, following the pro-brexit 'flotilla' sailing up river to Parliament; they took a couple of days to sail back down and of course passed Gravesend doing so.

It's illegal to trawl the Thames up-river of the two forts at Coalhouse Fort and Cliffe Fort (5-6 miles east of Gravesend). At Gravesend, the water is still pretty much 100% sea water.
There are fish in the river ! Seals and the occasional porpoise...

Cabbage Tree Creek, Shorncliffe in Brisbane’s northern bayside suburbs is the base for a fleet of prawn trawlers that regularly head out into Moreton Bay for their catch.
The local selling Co-op closed quite a few years back and there were fears the boats would relocate or just stop operating. But now they sell straight off the boats most mornings. So you just go down and line up and buy the freshest prawns imaginable.

Before work a little trip to the coast, the tide wasn't quite right and the clouds were not the best either but the trawler was right place at the right time. When I have time I will post a version without the dust spot!
With people crossing the creek by boat.
The creek is approx ½ a kilometer wide and journey time is about 5 minutes
Numerous islands dot the sunderbans en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sundarbans, making it impossible to build bridges across each of them
We crossed the creek by barge which carries about 12 to 15 cars or about 4 to 5 busses
The creek was laden with these trawlers as far as the eye could see

East Bengal or present day Bangladesh included
But then fresh water fish in the most part, and sea fish is not very popular
