Velma & Iris enjoyed all the world had to offer: fame, fortune, and free bingo cards at St. Ignatius Tuesday Bingo Night. However, their beauty was marred by their transparent egos. They had no friends, only flunkys and vipers who clung to them for the swag amd pompous displays of affection afforded by their status in the Land of Phoney Baloney.
They died penniless after one too many bottles of Liquid Veneer poisoned and eroded their hollow souls.

I invited my neighbor’s hummingbirds to come to take a shot of sweet nectar. They started coming and enjoy it. I set up my camera at 1/2500 to capture their visits. All these photographs were made at different days and different hours.

The photograph might seem not perfectly straight because of the lake's shore. Actually, I use always the hot shoe level spirit in order to have all photos perfectly straight. I had to work a lot for remove the magenta color cast on the sky, introduced by the Cokin filter.
