Yes...bloody hell. This image took me agessss. I messed up in photoshop and created a WHALE of a file, that was over 50 metres high, and obv it took a decade to do anything. What a wally.
Anyway, this photo was inspired by some of Annie Leibovitz's nude work, with dancer June Omara.
I really wanted my skin to look transparent and ghostly, so used a low exposure, which also created the dim, green tones. I was also aiming for a sort of underwater look.
I have a feeling i will get very little feedback on this pic. It just doesn't seem like you're typhical fantastical manipulation, or my other more popular pieces.
I didn't want this image to look pretty. I wanted it to make you QUESTION, any feedback, negative or positive is much appreciated.
More than anything, I would LOVE to know what this image makes you immeidatly think of?

this was taken in my backyard. it's the little cabochon that you put it in your charm settings.
on it, you can see fences, trees, and some neighbors' houses.
isn't transparency awesome?:-)
"...I began then to think of time as having a shape, something you could see, like a series of liquid transparencies, one laid on top of another. You don't look back along time but down through it like water. Sometimes this comes to the surface, sometimes that, sometimes nothing. Nothing goes away."

White cardboard “Kodachrome Transparency Processed by Kodak” slide produced between 1958 and 1959 marked Sep 1958 Hickam.
My second shoot for Marie Louis Bishara featured this stunning transparent top.
I was wearing the black top on a pair of navy blue pants which includes some black stitching. I'm personally very fond of transparent tops and I believe this is a stunning outfit for a business meeting for the woman who had enough of wearing the usual shirts and blazers. This look passes as formal business attire and is extremely attractive when worn with matching heels.
