I recently got hold of a Gisteq Photo Trackr and gave it it's first real test today when I walked around Clumber Park.

I'm really impressed with it - a lot of my route was under trees and despite the fact that it was squirrelled away in my shirt pocket it hardly missed a beat - the few times it did complain where generally when I was contorted somewhere lying on top of it trying to take a photo!

I'm going to write more about it once I've really given it a few good workouts.

I was also surprised to learn that the walk pictured above was 14 miles long (if this is calculated correctly) - I've done that route or variations of it loads of times and had it in my head that it must be about 10 miles

Oh yeah, the important bit that I missed out - it logs where you are then allows you to stamp that info inside your photo so that you can see where your photos were taken as well as when. If you then subsequently upload the photo to Flickr, that information is picked up and used for Flickr's map.

始めて出会った22年前は、年上のおねぃちゃんだったのが、今では年上のおばちゃ（ｒｙに…。その年数分、こっちもおじさんになったってことですか、そうですか。

始めて出会った知床では、同宿になった人たちと一緒に、羅臼湖まで歩いたんだけど、あの時も外ランチをしたんだろうか。記憶が曖昧で思い出せない。はっきり覚えているのは、まだ湯気が立っていそうなくらい柔らかいヒグマの糞が登山道の真ん中に落ちていたこと。ヒグマのランチにならなくて、今があるのかｗ
