Still a bunch of junk in the area but it's almost done! Backsplash tile, paint, and kickboards is all that's left.
The bedroom needed extensive repair after the floor was lifted at the door opening causing serious cracks and gaps. The window sill in this room had termite damage and had to be replaced. Much of the moulding and woodwork in this room also had to be replaced or repaired. The light fixture was an ugly white tracklight.
