The mountain railway tracks and the LLanberis path on the left leading up to the summit of Mount Snowdon.
Out of all the times I've been up I've never seen it so clear on the approach (ok, we were going down when I took this) - where normally it's shrouded in cloud and mist where one can only see a few metres in front.
another dreamy long exposure shot of Frankston pier and lucky enough to catch the undisturbed tracks of the sand screening machine.
chose b/w over colour as I considered it contrasted better.
making tracks for Talbot for a few days so will catch up later in the week. have a great and happy week everyone!!
...and can't seem to find one. Do these look like train tracks to you? Am I on the right track? ;-)

Hope you are having a great Sunday? It’s been another gloomy weekend morning so far here at mid west. And while we are all waiting on fall to reach our borders I’ve been shooting locally so far. This is a frame from last week with some sun tracking behind the lighthouse. What do you think?

Went for a hike in the White Mountains of NH to see Arethusa falls. Wasn't a great day weather wise but it was still a good time. These tracks run along Frankenstein Cliffs, and as much as we wanted to see where they led there wasn't enough daylight left to make the trek. An adventure for another day!
I captured this scene from an overpass near Bologna Centrale station, across from the signal house with its steel framework spanning the tracks. In the center of the structure a large clock was mounted, clearly visible above the converging rails and electrical lines.
The design of the signal house itself stood out to me, its elevated form and intricate framework contrasting with the dense infrastructure of tracks, wiring, and surrounding urban buildings.

As the track nears the river, the beech forest and tree ferns combine to make some beautiful arrangements together. Lovely visuals and easy walking on the soft carpet of fallen leaves.

The tracks were ice where water flows down from the hill which I took advantage of to make a lead in line. We don`t get snow very often so when it does fall here the country falls into chaos, trains planes everything pretty much comes to a standstill, down this way it is not worth investing in the heavy equipment to clear large amounts of snow.
This is the North side of Cissbury ring which was in deep shade at the time but the sun was lighting up the landscape so I had to bear in mind my exposures in the Histogramme at all times.
