It drizzled rain ALL day long until about an hour before I took this shot.
Maybe tomorrow will be better, as far as rain, but still predicted at 50%.

And one more find on the internet of my early MAD Magazine work. “If It Weren’t For Entertainment Tonight…” by Mike Snider. Issue # 310, April 1992. At that time Mary Hart and John Tesh were hosts of this newsmagazine program. I always wondered if the people I drew saw the drawing. Well, I know that they saw this. When the issue came out they showed it on the program!
Tonight at Tempe Town Lake.
This is probably the prettiest sunset capture I've ever taken of this lake. It was just filled back up with water in the past week or so. My friend, Sean (dacoach89_89), happened to be in town. He was there with his camera too! Very nice time!
Grabbing some wood for the woodstove I caught the moon coming in and out of these pinkish purplish clouds lit by a pretty sunset.

For some reason I rushed home from work for a walk in the local wood and what did I find on the same path.... A litter of Fox Cubs!! Magic moment
Shoreline was covered in rocks covered in tiny periwinkles and barnacles, so I bent down low and took this from beach level. Fred is probably thinking of orange sherbet again.View On Black for large view (Explore #130 April 10)
It was huge and very yellow behind the hazy clouds. I haven't seen one of these moons in a long time!

Night time at the Dixie Inn, located in Hinckley CA, a town perhaps most famous for PG&E and Erin Brockovich. I illuminated the exterior and interior with warm white and blue lights from various angles with a handheld ProtoMachines LED2 light painting device while the camera's shutter was open. This was photographed during a week-long 1582-mile road trip with Mike Cooper.
