What I should have done is round the tips off right away, instead of “ I wonder what they look like pointy” because we didn’t care if the tips matched up or not at the time on center line, they were off by about 3-4 mm. Now that I’m doing the pointy, gotta match them up because caring became activated. Pretty close, now. Have to re-sand and polish, if I pay attention, might bring them in even better although I think it take a super great eye to tell even now once brazed to the frame.
