A friend of the tinsmith here. We had a chat and he agreed to my taking a photo of him. Although, I cropped off his left fingers :(

Minneapolis Campus - Tinman has a problem - can't bend his arm to hold the mic! Thankfully, 'The Dude' gave up his wireless mic so the Tinman could sing 'if I Only had a Heart'. (The cast of Wizard of Oz were honored to visit the Children's Hospital campuses for a television appearance and performance tour on March 10, 2011.)
here's the story.
this guy is out on a corner, doing the "i'm standing perfectly still like a statue, so give me money" routine. He's up on a pair of 5 gallon buckets in front of Watertown Place. Milo goes up to him to take a picture, and the guy goes crazy! Busts up from his pose to puts his hands in front of his face, and yells at milo for taking a picture!
i see this chaos, and i step in to do the same thing. I raise up my camera, snap a picture - he goes through the same routine of getting pissed because he's getting his picture taken. so after i get a shot of him pissed off, i stare him in the eye, take out my wallet, drop a dollar in the tip bucket, raise my lens again and take another picture - i flash a smile - and i leave.
