With old timey houses in the background also.

Saw these guys walking past while I had the fisheye mounted, so I shot from the hip and cropped severely. You can't really miss your subject with a 180° fisheye.

On the Old Timer weekend 2012 in the Dutch village of Terheijden I met a number of Harley riders.

Just installed on the King William St intersections adjoining Rundle Mall/Hindley St & Pirie St/Waymouth St. The top section is a combined yellow countdown timer & red 'don't walk' signal. The time limit on these intersections is 28 seconds.

Time to try out the intervel... the intervalomom... the timer thingie on the TG-5 with a fly by selfie.

Very useful it is too, what with being able to set how many photos you want, how far apart and how long before the first shot is taken. Probably standard fare for interwotsits, but I've not had one before. Does the job though.

The red jacket made an appearance due to it being very grizzly drizzly weather when I set out.

Layout of the innards. Clockwise from top-left:

* Power input and switch,

* Wall wart for DC power,

* Button and display board,

* 5V voltage regulator with wall wart as input,

* iDuino board,

* iDuino power selector: USB or internal wall wart,

* Power outlet with attached relay board.

This could be much smaller with (1) external DC power and (2) a single circuit with relay, *duino, buttons and display.

Pulled out an old jacket that I never wear and thought I looked quiet stylish, so a little impromptu photo in my office before putting my stuff down.

The Kodak Self Timer is a pneumatic device for delayed activation of the camera shutter via a release cable. The head of the piston of the timer is pushed down to accomodate the head of the cable . The delay can be regulated by turning the knurled screw of the piston to the left or the right . The device is fired by pushing the small trigger on the edge of the metal cap .The hook can serve to 'hang' the device on the camera .

The first timer on the left was the tiny game timer used during the first few years of field testing Synapse. It was sent to me by a contractor that worked with DeLano company in MI. DeLano is a printing company that has developed a business with game companiess. Originally, I thought I was going to be working with them to produce the game. I always knew that the small timer just wouldn't work for the game I had in mind. When I connected with Leisure, I found other contacts to make the game. Second from the left is the clay model, followed by the electronic unit which was just a "works like" model. When all the corrections were made, the prototype timer at the right was produced.

Haha, I had set my phone on the ground and propped it up on something and started to walk. I didn’t realize that the white truck was pulling out and probably thought I was crazy.
