Two week timelapse (one shot every 10 minutes during daylight) of the Canna plants I got from Rob (thanks, Rob!) blooming, with glimpses of life in the background.
Timelapse because clouds came and intruded on my startrails. It was really fun, though a little cold. Ignore the small wobble there as I readjusted my setup ^.^"

This is my first timelapse! Plus, I really like it :)
The reason for this timelapse is that one of my birthday presents was a walimex timer remote control. Furthermore, I always wanted to try this and the clouds were perfect for that matter. I hope you like it as well and if you have any feedback, critique or suggestions, please feel free to share!
AND, the next time I'm going to do a longer timelapse because this video only includes 50 images taken every 2 minutes.

This video was captured in Plymouth City Centre. It took 1168 photographs to create this 48 second Time-Lapse video.
Here is a small collection of timelapse videos that I have captured over the last year or so, I am limited to 90 second clips when uploading to Flickr so this is kind of like part two, although its really just another four clips joined in Windows movie maker, two of the clips I have uploaded already on their own.
Again, apologies for my complete lack of editing skill and heavy compression with regards to the movie production. If anyone has a good recommendation for software that does a similar job to windows movie maker, but with better quality output then I would gladly here about it?

It’s an HDR Timelapse of the sun setting outside my brother’s bedroom window in London.
It's quite short and sweet as it was my first real experiment at doing a proper timelapse.

Taken using the timelapse facility on my Olympus compact digital camera whilst journeying through my overcrowded and busy home town of Southend-on-Sea in Essex, England. The camera is mounted upside down on a rubber sucker attached to the windscreen behind the rear view mirror. It takes a shot every minute by itself so I am able to concentrate on the road. I have added a wide lens converter to increase the field of view. This was taken on a trip to the nearby town of Rayleigh.
Olympus Camedia SP-350, screen-mounted.
Dinner, followed by unboxing 13 HD monitors and 4 Matrox Dual Head 2 Gos, 12 DVI-VGA converters, 8 VGA cables and power supplies. Plugging in 6 of the 8 monitors to an Alienware Aurora, running each screen at 1920x1200. I'd prefer 1920x1080, but I might have to wait for the Matrox software tomorrow to give me that opportunity...
Botswana’s Boteti River has a special story. It was nothing but a dry, dusty riverbed for decades until seasonal flooding in 2009 suddenly returned it to life.

Les nuages étant le plus facile pour commencer, je n'ai pas eu beaucoup a attendre pour trouver mon sujet :)
L'intervalle est a 5sec, puis 30 sur la fin (quand les nuages sont passés).
L'effet de flou, qui apparait sur les dernières frames, est du a l'apparition de condensation sur le devant de l'objectif...
Petite frayeur quand je me suis rendu compte que l'ensemble du boitier gouttait déjà :D (Le 7D a vu pire a Londres, mais l'objo n'est pas du tout tropicalisé...lui.)
Petite précision, j'ai effectué une correction de la déformation du au 10mm, mais uniquement parce que je voulais retrouver ce que je voyais ce soir là... Et non, je ne vois pas en cul d'bouteille :D
I finally got a mirrorless camera for timelapses and couldn't wait to test it. What better excuse to see what's going on out of the window at work.
And without further ado, the final timelapse from our May 2012 holiday on the Isle of Skye.
Back to the Sony DSC-R1 and remote trigger again for this one, which is also shot from the pebble covered beach at Ord just a few miles North of Tarskavaig.
There are stunning views to be had here of the Cuillins lying over on the other side of the water.
p.s. Keep an eye out for the bird who comes flying in and then spends the next 15-20 minutes wandering around the beach :)
