There seems to be magic in this record. The soft crackle of the needle hitting the vinyl transports me to another time and place. :)
Rolling Stones - Time Waits For No One
Yes, star crossed in pleasure the stream flows on by
Yes, as we're sated in leisure, we watch it fly
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
Time can tear down a building or destroy a woman's face
Hours are like diamonds, don't let them waste
Time waits for no one, no favours has he
Time waits for no one, and he won't wait for me
Men, they build towers to their passing yes, to their fame everlasting
Here he comes chopping and reaping, hear him laugh at their cheating
And time waits for no man, and it won't wait for me
Yes, time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
Drink in your summer, gather your corn
The dreams of the night time will vanish by dawn
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
No no no, not for me...

Venturing onto the meadow - verrrry cold and biting wind. Verrrrry pretty scenery.
Another image from the big, modern mirror-window facade that reflects the old buildings across the street. Mulhouse, Alsace FR. In my album: Dan's Windows.
Straight out of camera image, converted to black and white, cropped slightly, minor curves adjustments in Photoshop.
A rip in the fabric of Time and Space, as a Time Traveler (of the interdimensional variety) observes the moment atop his version of a Time Machine or T.A.R.D.I.S..
Time is bigger, on the inside, but infinity has little to do with jelly donuts!!-)
(for those who have watched Dr Who and the original Magnum, P.I. TV Series)
Roof-Roof!!
The San Francisco Ferry Building. Designed in 1892, completed in 1898, architect A. Page Brown. The clock tower is 245 ft (75m) tall. The Ferry Building survived the 1906 earthquake and fire although most of this area was destroyed.
The Luxor Obelisk (French: Obélisque de Louxor) is a 23 metres (75 ft) high Egyptian obelisk standing at the center of the Place de la Concorde in Paris, France. It was originally located at the entrance to Luxor Temple, in Egypt.
Happy 'Roidweek!
These pictures were taken at my first analog workshop "Film Extrem" in Berlin last weekend. It was a lot of fun and got me some fresh ideas for new projects...
Thanks Chris and Moni!
