Timelapse of the Milky Way over Mt Kosciuszko. The light up and down the mountain is from my head torch as I went for a walk to keep warm! I started shooting around 9:00pm and finshed around 10:30pm
This machine is meant for a camera to be attached to the car for either a regular video or a timelapse video.
Timelapse. This camera has a strange setting for timelapse videos which renders the central horizontal part of the image clearly while blurring the upper and lower segments!

When I shot the jet in front of the moon, I snapped pictures throughout the event. I decided to edit them into a short timelapse .
I moved the camera during the exposures hence the adjustment of the scene to keep the moon centered..
This timelapse was taken out the window of my flat - we're on the eighth story of our building so we've got a pretty nice view of the city. I put the focus on the window rather than the street outside because at the time I started it, it was raining and I wanted the focus to be on the raindrops. The mesh/wire in our windows gives the video something to focus on after the raindrops dry off. If I were to do it again, I would not be so impatient and would wait a few minutes longer before stopping my phone filming.

A couple of short timelapse clips taken of The Rocket in Dunston. This beauty is due to be pulled down, although "due" for Gateshead Council can mean up to 5 years!
I am also on a mission now to create a short film, entirely made up from timelapse clips of tower blocks. This will take a long time to complete, but at least it gives me something to use as a theme!
The first clip with movement was taken with my new Ricoh GR Digital, and the second stationary clip uses my Canon 400D, and the 50mm f1.4 lens.

I made a couple of these on my D100 a couple of years ago then thought I'd try it out again.
Right at the end of the 5s I switch from a 50mm 1.8mm to a 100mm 2.8 lens
Images taken with Nikon Capture, downloaded direct to my MacBook then batch resized in Finder/automator and finally compiled in Quicktime.
