Greek honey is unique around the world because it is aromatic, rich in nutrients and thick. A spoonful of honey contains 21 calories only and has 30% more sweetening power than sugar. Thyme Honey belongs to the very best varieties of greek honey. It is strongly scented and it beats all other varieties with its exceptional color, taste and flavor. It gets crystallized in about 18 months since its production date. Comes from Taygetos mountain in the Peloponesse.

If I was smart, I'd put the smaller plant in its own pot. Not knowing what to do with a second thyme plant is the only thing stopping me.

My herb plants are going crazy with all of the rain we're getting, so I made an old favorite - rosemary thyme syrup. Get the recipe at Minimally Invasive.

Thriving in this beautiful planter in my front yard.

Beth's herb garden

This is a thyme plant which grew on my balcony last summer. The light source is natural sunlight. As you can see the plant stretches towards the light. The vignette is enhanced a little bit in the GIMP.

Thyme-leaved Speedwell Veronica serpyllifolia is less common than other speedwells. This perennial flowering plant is a member of the plantain family.

Extremely tiny pinkish flowers.

Plucking thyme leaves to mix in with cream cheese; so tedious, separating these tiny fresh leaves from stems... Anyone know of a better way? (other then drying it first)

Family Pet , free range hen a bit of a bully towards her fiends but a gorgeous character. Other than pretty thick.
