[www.youtube.com/watch?v=zABLecsR5UE&fbclid=IwAR0Afsbc... Someone you loved]

I'm going under and this time I fear there's no one to save me

This all or nothing really got a way of driving me crazy

I need somebody to heal

Somebody to know

Somebody to have

Somebody to hold

It's easy to say

But it's never the same

I guess I kinda liked the way you numbed all the pain

Now the day bleeds

Into nightfall

And you're not here

To get me through it all

I let my guard down

And then you pulled the rug

I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved

I'm going under and this time I fear there's no one to turn to

This all or nothing way of loving got me sleeping without you

Now, I need somebody to know

Somebody to heal

Somebody to have

Just to know how it feels

It's easy to say but it's never the same

I guess I kinda liked the way you helped me escape

Now the day bleeds

Into nightfall

And you're not here

To get me through it all

I let my guard down

And then you pulled the rug

I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved

And I tend to close my eyes when it hurts sometimes

I fall into your arms

I'll be safe in your sound 'til I come back around

For now the day bleeds

Into nightfall

And you're not here

To get me through it all

I let my guard down

And then you pulled the rug

I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved

But now the day bleeds

Into nightfall

And you're not here

To get me through it all

I let my guard down

And then you pulled the rug

I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved

I let my guard down

And then you pulled the rug

I was getting kinda used to being someone you loved

This beautiful wild horse was making the most of his time in the watering hole. What a sight to watch him splash and dip and rise up again.

Good Monday morning everyone and hope a great weekend was had by all.

This is a 3 image series starting with this very mundane pose of this guy that just flew in and saw something, and he did but stayed on the ground to eat it.

Thank you for visiting and for all the kind words.

The Susan E. bathing in the morning sunlight. I love the mornings when the fog starts burning off and the sunlight makes it's way through the mist. The combination of fog and sun makes for some interesting lighting.

whizzing through space, I decided to use a small yoyo for this weeks macro mondays theme, 'Intentional Blur'.

HMM everyone :)

macro mondays - 24th April, Intentional Blur

A bit of a grab shot from the rear side of St Paul's as I was walking past.

PERCHES at the very top of trees, normally in groups, following cattle. A strong flight, and very vocal, foraging over swamp and grassy margins, very agile with sudden contorted twists and turns in mid-air to catch prey. A firm favourit of my Brother Bob.

THANK YOU, for your visit and friendship, please leave a comment, and not fave and run. Another wet day in the Garden of England, Stay safe and well, God bless........

Or it would be if the old legs were up to it. But they're not. So I didn't.

A view in Hawk Wood, Epping Forest.

Many thanks for all your comments this year. I look forward to catching up with all your photos soon. The last few days have seen family over, sadly it wasn't possible for everyone to be together at the same time this year. That's life!

I hope Christmas was a wonderful break for you and I hope 2026 will be kinder to all.

CN 8003 leads westbound train 'A406' as they negotiate an S-Curve through the tree line. There wasn't much leeway for visibility. Turned out decent nonetheless.

June 7,2016.

A quit moment in the forest with autumn light breaking through the trees. A reminder that September is the best month to capture sunbeams with still green hues.

Through A Window to an image of a bike

Captured roadside, mid-day in full sun, this one was worth the sweat and the grasshoppers.

In theory, I was 'killing time' before a meeting, but with this gift of an image, the phrase no longer holds up.

A fir tree pushing through a rusty fence. Happy Fence Friday!

Thank you for your visits and comments.

PLEASE NO PROMO OR AWARD IMAGES BE POSTED

Thank you for your understanding

Good Sunday morning everyone and hope a great weekend was had by all and that your team wins the play-offs.

This is the same bird after changing position and a much better pose and image.

Tomorrow will start my Reddish Egret Series, sorry.

RELATIVELY LARGE with a huge red and black bill. Mostly solitary and territorial in most aquatic habitats. This one is stretching its wings, in readiness to take off, if I get any closer. A beautiful kingfisher, seen at the Kotu area !

Stay well and safe, God bless... ................Tomx.

The morning sun is still shining bright for now, as Wisconsin & Southern's L595 works towards Markesan, just west of Utley on the Markesan sub. The dark menace on the horizon will move in much quicker than anticipated, creating that Wisconsin autumn feel again.

Autumn 2019

A much copied view through the support piers at the Ouse Valley Viaduct in Sussex, UK. Using a fish eye lens but with the distortion corrected. I usually prefer the curved image but, in this case, I think it gives a better perspective.

Union Pacific's MRONY 22 manifest freight ascends the 2% grade through the horseshoe above Gilluly, Utah the morning of Aug. 22, 2008. In seven additional miles, the train will stop at Soldier Summit, and the manned helpers will be cut out of the train, running light to Helper Yard where they will tie up.

Taken today on the Trail up to Woods Quarry, Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks.

Highways trails there in the pretty Midwest.

I took this shoot , i wanted it reflect on the world today...pandemi but there is hope if we all work together

We just had the heaviest rain I have seen for a long time.

I wasn't going to venture out so I shot this through the front door keyhole.

My poor roses took a bit of a battering though

A Southern Pacific CSUX coal empty climbs through the “S curves” at Crater, Colorado, on the afternoon of July 30, 1996. The head end with lone SP AC4400CW No. 298 has already passed through the cut that is visible at the top of the photo. Mid-train DPUs Nos. 217 and 371 climb between the curves in the middle, while rear DPUs follow below with Nos. 361 and 226.

Have an exciting day, everyone...

And now I know what they're saying

It's a terrible beauty we've made

So we make our love on wasteland

And through the barricades

Hawk photographed through glass. Morgan County, Alabama - 2020, Happy Fence Friday! Identification input welcomed.

California towhee

While this is a common rather dull bird in California and the photo is not stellar, I couldn't help but post this as it is a perfect demonstration of the phrase "jumping through hoops".

Pathway through the Bognor Marsh Conservation Area, Ontario.

Standing in front of my mirror

And everything seems to be wrong

All I see is a pale, ugly woman

Too tired to do anything against it

You turn up and lead me back on my way

Because I went astray

You just treat me like a princess

And I start to feel like it

If I could see me through your eyes

If I could touch me with your hands

If I could smell me with your nose

What would I be like?

On these days when everything seems to be wrong

I'd like to know what you think when you look at me

What do you see?

'Cause when I look at you, you seem to be perfect,

I don't deserve you it?s so hard to believe

That you are really in love with me....♥
