For my filling the frame I took a picture of the creek. this is filling the frame because the water takes up the whole shot.
We put the frame together and got it up in position. Then we adjusted and adjusted and adjusted until the sides were parallell, and 3.65 meters apart, give or take a cm or two. Having got to that point we tightened everything up ang got two earth anchors into place (hence the iron bar and sledge hammer).
Annika helped a lot but was away walking the dog when we got the picture. Janet spent an equally energetic day doing violent gardening work on the lupins, bushes and saplings growing in the wrong places!
The weather was far nicer than yesterday and all-in-all everyone had a good day. Lasse and Annika get a big thank-you to for all the help! Tomorrow the cover goes on.

I thought that this peace of cake was perfect for my fill the frame assignment, the frosting and the sprinkles seem to make my mouth water. That is what I wanted to do was to make the viewers’ mouths water, almost every one loves chocolate so this cake seemed perfect!

This is the framed print I bought ... Tadpoles!
As children my sister and I caught tadpoles every spring and watched them first grow back legs ... then grow front legs ... and then when their tails shrank to nothing we would let those who survived our care go free. Let's just say ... I'm afraid it could be more than just climate change that is endangering the little croakers.
