A walk in Central Park on 12.13.14 from the Harlem Meer up to The Reservoir. Saw a lot of birds that day, the northern end of the park was teeming with life.
Short walk in Central Park from the Blockhouse in the North Woods up to The Pool. It was a great spring day for a walk, I even saw a turtle trying to lay eggs by the pool!
Pictures along the path to The Pool in Rocky Mountain National Park. Not too bad of a trail for my father. It gave him a bit of a challenge, but he did not sleep the night before (side effect of elevation / altitude change). He troopered through it quite well, but then we had to take a day off the trail.
Cub Lake Loop trail is 6.3 miles, this is a easy to moderate hike. I recommend starting at the Cub Lake Trail head. From the Cub Lake trail you connect on to the Pool trail then Fern Lake trail back to the trailhead for a awesome loop hike. The scenery is incredible.

Short walk in Central Park in the afternoon of 10.10.15 from the Harlem Meer up to The Pool.
Over the years that I've walked in the park, I've noticed this grove of trees in The Pool are always the first ones to turn color in the fall.
A walk in Central Park on 11.08.14 from the north end at the Harlem Meer up to The Lake. I was planning to walk the entire length of the park but I spent a lot of time enjoying the peaking colors at the northern end that by the time I reached The Lake it was nearly sundown. The day started with a clear blue sky but got a little bit cloudy late in the afternoon. It was a beautiful autumn day to enjoy the peaking colors of the season.
