A walk in Central Park on 03.16.13 from the Harlem Meer in the north to the Pond in the south. I didn't expect the snow but it sure added to the charm of the park.

Over the years that I've walked in the park, I've noticed this grove of trees in The Pool are always the first ones to turn color in the fall.

See "The Pool". That sign said that The Pool is a deep basin in the Pemigewasset River. This is a picture of the stream or river above The Pool and the Sentinel Pine Bridge that flows into The Pool. I'm not sure if this stream or river is the Pemigewasset River, or if it flows into that river.

Jazz and Colors returned to Central Park on 11.09.13. 30 bands, performed the same setlist in different places at the park from 12 pm to 4 pm.
I was a little late as I dropped by the USS New York for a short tour but I was able to hear 8 bands but went to 11 locations. By the time I arrived in Band 3's location, it was break time already. Band 8 didn't play during the encore time and I just missed Band 11 when I arrived at their designated place. It was great to see and hear them play and the foliage at the park was peaking. Autumn in Central Park and jazz music in the air, nothing can beat that.

A walk in Central Park on 11.08.14 from the north end at the Harlem Meer up to The Lake. I was planning to walk the entire length of the park but I spent a lot of time enjoying the peaking colors at the northern end that by the time I reached The Lake it was nearly sundown. The day started with a clear blue sky but got a little bit cloudy late in the afternoon. It was a beautiful autumn day to enjoy the peaking colors of the season.

On Wednesday 17th August, Brickworks Melbourne Design Studio held the 2016 Venice Biennale wrap up event ‘The Pool’ where 51 guests were transported to Venice with Aperolz Spritz’s and Peach Bellini’s on arrival as well as delicious Italian inspired food throughout the evening.

Pictures along the path to The Pool in Rocky Mountain National Park. Not too bad of a trail for my father. It gave him a bit of a challenge, but he did not sleep the night before (side effect of elevation / altitude change). He troopered through it quite well, but then we had to take a day off the trail.
