*Thank You* so much.

I cried when I saw each of these pictures you made for Szarotka...

She is so lucky to be loved so much by so many...

LIFE AFTER SZAROTKA:

Is an incredibly sad life. I had no idea lack of Her would be so painful and collossal.

I'm not feeling any better.

Actually, I'm feeling worse with each day without Szarotka.

Without little Szarotka, it's all so sad and quiet and empty. The room feels like a dark room without electricity. She was my little Sun.

I feel totally hamsterless. Chmurka and Piórko are sleeping mostly...

They both have grumpy personality, Chmurka is like a cat (Szarotka was like a little puppy, they both were so very different) , haughty, moody and independent, while Piórko is kind of self-sufficient.

They just can't give me the joy Szarotka used to give me all the time..

Thank You for all your comments, I can never be grateful eneough for them. And for the letters, I will reply, with time...

In 1608, the chateau became a stronghold of the Grimaldi family and has borne their name ever since. In 1702 it became the town hall of Antibes. In 1946 it was the home for six months of the artist Pablo Picasso. Today the museum is known as the Picasso Museum, the first museum in the world to be dedicated to the artist. Picasso himself donated works to the museum, most notably his paintings "The Goat" and "La Joie de Vivre". In 1990 Jacqueline Picasso bequested many works by Picasso to the museum. Today the collection totals 245 of the artist's works.

Here are my photos from our evening meal at the Goat, Copenhagen. You can see the Goat with its canopies. We sat inside, just by the window.

Nicknames:

Popular French nicknames were "Deuche" and "Dedeuche". The Dutch were the first to call it "het lelijke eendje" ("the ugly duckling") or just "Eend" ("duck"), while the Flemish called it "de geit" ("the goat"). In German-speaking countries, it is called "Ente" ("duck"). English nicknames include "Tin Snail", "Dolly" and "Upside-down pram". In the former Yugoslavia, the car was called "spaček" (pronounced "spa-check", Slovene for "little freak"). In Spanish-speaking countries, they were nicknamed "dos caballos" (two horses), "citrola", "citruca", "cirila", "la rana" (the frog) and derived from "Citroën" were called "citroneta" and "la cabra"(the goat). In Denmark, the car has many names like "Gyngehest" (Rocking horse) or "Studenter-Jaguar" (student's Jaguar) while amongst 2CV enthusiasts the cars are affectionately called "De kære små" (the dear small ones). In Finland, the 2CV is known as "Rättisitikka" (Finnish for "rag Citroën") because of its canvas roof. In Swedish (at least in the Swedish-speaking areas of Finland), it's called "Lingonplockare" (since the looks are similar to a device for picking lingonberries). In Tunisia, they call it "karkassa". Hungarians call it "Kacsa" (pronounced "kacha" and meaning "duck"). In Israel, it was called "פחנוע" (pronounced "pah-noa", meaning "tin car") and in Iceland it was named "Sítróen braggi" (meaning "Citroën Quonset hut"). In Norway, the name was "Jernseng", meaning "iron bed". In Iran, it is known as "Jian / Zhian ژیان", which means "Fierce". In the U.S., it was known as the "flying rag top". American cartoonist Gilbert Shelton referred to it as the "duh-shuh-vuh", referring to the French pronunciation of "2CV". In Ireland it was noticed as the underdog or íochtarán or it was either called bucket of rust or Buicéad na meirge. This was because most imported cars at the time that come to Ireland would've to wait at the pier or harbour for at least for 3–12 months and especially in Westport, County Mayo where it is well known for its constant rain as the 2cv was very prone to corrosion. Outside France, the 2CV's most common nickname today is "The Duck", which seemed to be endorsed by Citroën which released a stuffed toy animal in the 1980s representing a duck with Citroën on its side and 2CV under its right foot.

here is another case of "whoa you look so awesome, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CHARACTER YOU ARE canitakeyourpicture?"

so yeah, this gentleman told me he was cosplaying as the character capricorn from 'fairy tail' which is one of those anime i've always 'meant to watch' but never have actually watched...

this guy was so cool though. i loved his pose and he looked fantastic. i think his cosplay pretty much convinced me to try watching this series.

as always if this is you or if you know who this is, send me a message and i'll tag and credit you.

Here are my photos from our evening meal at the Goat, Copenhagen. I chose Roast beef with brown sauce, potatoes, seasonal vegetables, served with cranberries and horseradish, which was nice, although there was a strange taste with some mouthfuls. I worked out it was the grated cheese they had sprinkled over it! Tim and JJ had fish and chips.

Cover of library edition of "Old Bones the Wonder Horse," written by Mildred Mastin Pace and illustrated by Wesley Dennis.

The story of the race horse "Exterminator" who won the Kentucky Derby in 1918, after replacing an owner's first-choice horse. Exterminator was a lanky, ugly Thoroughbred with the heart of a consummate champion. He went on to have a full career and retired to stud.

I had very few photos of my 1949 Triumph Roadster 2000 with the headlights on, and this miserable day seemed the ideal time to put that right. Needless to say it went straight back into its cosy garage soon after the photo shoot!

to go.. a fact he knows ..

he has no regrets at all

he does not want eternity

so he waits for the butchers

Based on my own 1949 Triumph Roadster, I have created this fantasy of how it might have looked in the thirties Art Deco period. I have extended the wing line, added spats, changed the door shape, made it into a coupé, and added louvres and Art Deco embellishments. I have also made the hubcaps a little more decorative and given the car a split windscreen.

The Goat performed for Stage 5 at the maniaTV studio. It got crazy.

You may not know their music, but you may recognize them from the skateboard scene. The band is made up of ANDREW REYNOLDS, SHANE HEYL, BEAGLE, KEVIN "SPANKY" LONG, & ATIBA JEFFERSON.
