A couple of months ago, i virtually met Corrado Leoni, a talented italian painter and the mastermind behind the project "Leoni Art Project" a lucky serie of international art exihibits that are taking place in Italy and are collecting artist from all over the world.

He invited me to "jump on boat" and send some pictures for the next exihibit. I am a self taught photographer, absolutely not professional, but he gave me the trust and courage i needed to believe in myself so i tried.

Today i am here to say "i did it" but not only, i am here to say "thank you Corrado for you friendship, support and encouragement". Words aren't enough to say thank you, and fail to express how i feel!!!

I was able to get to know the person that's behind the artist and it was a wonderful surprise, a totally down to earth man, who loves art unconditionally, a modern patron that in the name of art and for art itself created something incredible like this project, that tears down every limit: spacial, temporal, linguistic, and of distance.

It's difficult to express such deep feelings in a language that's not my native, so forgive me if there are mistakes or inaccurancies.

Thank you again Corrado!!!

I managed to get lost today. I got the No. 130 bus with the intention of visiting St. Annes Park but I did not know the the bus route had been changed due to extensive roadworks. The bus took a different route which bypassed the park. I got off the bus when I realised that the bus would not be going near the entrance that I normally use but I walked in the wrong direction for about a mile before I realised that I was going the wrong way. I eventually found the park but then my problem was how to get home.

The brothers Arthur and Benjamin Lee Guinness built up an estate of nearly 123.75 hectares from 1835 onwards in the Clontarf/Raheny area and called the estate St. Anne's after the Holy Well of the same name on the lands. Sir Arthur Edward Guinness (Lord Ardilaun) was the person most responsible for expanding and developing the estate and gardens and planted evergreen (Holm) oaks and pines along the main avenue and estate boundaries.

Lord and Lady Ardilaun had no children and the estate passed to their nephew Bishop Plunkett in the 1920s. In 1937, he decided he could no longer maintain such a large estate and negotiations with the Corporation resulted in the house and estate being sold to the Corporation for approximately £55,000 in 1939.

Well, yesterday I managed to meet both Lindsay Lohan and Gillian Anderson in the space of a few hours...Phewwwww!!! What a day and what a week it's been so far!! Tuesday I saw Kylie Minogue at the O2 in London, Wednesday I saw Sophie Ellis Bextor at the Shepherds Bush Empire, then yesterday I went to Gillian Anderson's book signing for her first novel "A Vision Of Fire" at Watersones in Piccadilly, London and to finish it all off I went and saw Lindsay Lohan in her play "Speed the Plow" which apart from being far too short!! and my seats being far to HIGH UP!!! I was almost on the roof!!!...was awesome and as you can see I got to meet the Gorgeous Lindsay afterwards, despite the fact that she nicked my pen and I failed to get a selffie with her lol....Anyhoo......One more meeting left to complete my week, as I'm off to see Nina Conti perform at the Union Chapel in North London tonight, after that week, I think I'll need a loooooooooooooooooong lay down lol.......Have a great Weekend Ya'll....:)

The Fall, ‘How I Wrote Elastic Man’, 1980. The Mighty Fall. It’s rock, Jim, but not as we know it. A great single with lyrics like;

“The Observer magazine just about sums him up

E.g. self-satisfied, smug”.

Raw, ragged, wired. A whole other world in those grooves. Check out ‘Fiery Jack’ from this period too.
