I only really post my photographs in two groups, one is the Project365 group and the other one is the Macro Monday Group.
I really enjoy Macro photography and so Monday's are good for me on my 365 with the help that this group gives with regards weekly challenge themes.
The final Macro Monday theme for the year is 'Redux' where we can have another go at any of the themes through the year and so I decided to have a bash at two of them "The Beauty of Bokeh" and "All in a Row" by taking a nice cliche macro photograph of the points of my daughter's new Christmas colouring pencils.

Macro Mondays Theme: The Beauty of Bokeh
Christmas preparations have somewhat taken over the last few weeks so haven't had the time to devote to Flickr. I couldn't resist this weeks challenge though as I adore beautiful bokeh!
I hope you enjoy these two shots. Thanks as always for commenting, favouriting and viewing! HMM and a very merry Christmas to you all!

Done for the Macro Monday theme, The Beauty of Bokeh. Imagine the bright orange leaf without the bokeh background: Very likely It would not be noteworthy.
With the bokeh here, leaf and background are like an illustrative yin and yang. Anyhow, Happy Macro Monday, and happy December holidays to all !
For Macro Mondays theme "The Beauty of Bokeh".
This image was made using a 50mm lens covered with dark card with a tiny heart shape cut out. I focused close on red tree lights and this is the result. I hope it is suitable for the theme.
HMM all.
