People have been noticing me and my photography more and more lately. Its kind of cool, since I've always kind of gone unnoticed by people in general. A kid who I graduated with in 2005 ran into me and had no clue who I was or that he even graduated with me! haha. When I first started taking pictures I would have to beg people to pose or let me take photos of them, and now THEY are coming to ME. I am a fan. I am also having people go out of their way to find out who I am so they can buy prints. Crazy talk. I went to the college the other day ( I am taking this semester off for health reasons) and I was asked by a stranger for a print! I'm getting noticed for something I just enjoy doing. How cool is that?!
It doesn't take much to excite me huh? haha.

Free for use - if you intend to make money from them, go right ahead.
PLEASE DON'T RE-SELL THEM IN ORIGINAL FORM, that's cheating, lazy and disrespectful.
If you have fun and make something you're proud of - let me know!
BTW these are from totally natural found textures.

It looks egregiously photoshopped, but it isn't. A bit of lighting and contrast (the usual), but nothing fancy.
Another case of right place: fascinating brickwork where every brick seems to be absolutely unique;
and right time: sun coming in at about 179°, with even the slightest imperfection highlighted.
The monochrome interpretation of the light fixture reflections brings out the textures and and tones in the counter-top.
TOPAZ B&W was used to interpret the processed RAW image in monochrome.
Another day and another Scavenger Hunt reveal; And this one was interesting. I was completely stuck on what to do for texture for the longest time until this concept hit me - and once it did, well I knew that to make it happen I had to do some serious learning.
I did things in photoshop with this image that I've never done before - 3d texture warping, arcane layer blend mode options, recreating reflections and liquid in eyes.. I started over at least 3 times and spend hours on perfecting this - but I have to say I'm completely thrilled with the end result.
So happy sunday every & hope you'll enjoy my submission for texture
