The Lusty Lady is closing. For over thirty years, the woman-owned Lusty Lady has been an institution, cracking up passers by with a wink and a grin from her witty signs. Her not-so-veiled references to current events, happenings and films are legendary.

Lewisburg Cross Cut Canal
Completed in 1833 as a part of Pennsylvania Canal. It was 5/8 mile long and had 3 lift locks. A dam provided slack water, enabling boats to cross the river, thus creating a great trade center here.

Visitors to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts' special exhibition "Matisse: Masterworks from The Baltimore Museum of Art" (February 23-May 18, 2014) drew inspiration from Henri Matisse’s paper-cutout technique he called “drawing with scissors." They created their own colorful cut paper postcards and penned messages people who inspire them.
Since the "photo-bomb" event was cancelled, I decided to walk around in the freezing weather.
