If you're wondering "What the hey?" this photo is of a truck's chrome bumper: the top half is a reflection of a house behind it, and the saying was etched into the bumper itself! Never seen that before. Most would slap it on as a bumper sticker!

Reminds me of the Amish (?) saying, "Too soon old and too late schmart!"

Fun game for a rainy/snowy afternoon. Follow that arrow and collect you $200.

Different traditions mark the date of Twelfth Night on either 5 January or 6 January. So take your pick, or 'what you will'...

Reposted from yesterday ;-)

He told me not to bother trying to take pics of the ninjas, they never show up in the photos, too sneaky.

I quietly gave him another dollar.

I hope he knows he's not alone.

Inspired by this much more wonderful photo :D

I wasn't sure whether to upload the main photo with or without the text, so the one in the comments shall be the one with text :P

Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys a favor. I was wondering if anyone can help spread the word about the flood here the Philippines? It's gotten pretty bad, to put it lightly. Click here for pictures. Any support at all would be great. I included a link in the comments for you guys to download the photo. You can post it on your stream, Facebook, print it out - you can do anything you want with really. I'm hoping it'll get the word out more easily (especially internationally) and I was hoping this would get explored so more people can help out. So yeah, feel free to download it. :) Also, I realize this isn't exactly the manliest photo out there, but even linking back here or writing about the flood in your descriptions would help a lot :D

Here are a couple of links for donations if any of you'd like to:

Global Giving (You can even donate through text here!)

Ebay

World Vision Singapore

Red Cross (For Globe users here in the PH, you can text RED plus the amount to 2899 to donate(: )

Universal Giving

Some people are also using hashtags on twitter to show support. Click here to reblog on Tumblr, and Facebook's a great way to spread the word too. Any help at all would be much appreciated. :D God bless you all <3

We've had the best conversations this past week and we want the same thing so please keep this idea alive in your mind.

Maybe all we ever need is not FB, text message but just one real caring word.

My dad finished his written account of his wartime experiences (mostly spent as a PoW) in June 1945: in June 2017, seventy two years later, I at last secured their publication. Difficult to explain exactly what it means to me.

Một ví dụ điển hình cho việc làm không nghỉ. Cả cái text cũng của texture T_____T

When I stumbled upon this, it gave me pause. To think of the emotional place this poor soul must've been in to scrawl this on a wall in the French Market, to bear all, to lay it out there, feeling regret, remorse.... really moved me.

I then got to the "real shit" and totally LOLed.
