Drizzly morning. Not too cold. Did more catching-up than shooting. Had a good time and it was great seeing folks from the various local Photo Clubs.
In this one I tried to go for an old texas look. In reality the grass was much more green. But I decided to grade it to match the feel of the sky which seemed kinda hot and dry.
Greg took the party to a massive BBQ place in--or at least near--the Hill Country outside of Austin.
The soiled dove of Lonesome Dove. I could not believe how PACKED this one booth was, selling bloomers and loose cotton clothing. The women were swooning and oohing and awing, playing
