My next RC plane will be the Pulse 125. A recommended modification is the addition of a second pushrod (joined to the first) so that both elevators are controlled. This is sample test with some coathanger wire, thin copper wire harvested from speaker cable, and a 30W soldering iron with rosin core solder... and PLENTY of flux.

Indoor test with low ISO and small aperture. Nice bright LEDs. Probably need to open the aperture a bit more, but it's nice to know that a couple more of these lights should be more than capable of showing up well at high Fstop, thus allowing new avenues of beating the crap out of the ambient streetlight.
