Here's a photo of a Tesla Model S parked at the Future of Flight ChargePoint EV Charging Station. Figured as one of the Future of Flight photog squadron guys, important to document the charge station being used.
Tesla design models have influenced our intellects with clean power, high safety ratings and a wide array of 21st century technologies. Tesla, the purveyor of premium electric cars utilizes supercar acceleration and cat-like reflexes to also appeal to our lust for power and the primal urge to control and direct it. The Model 3 will begin pricing at $35,000 which is roughly half the cost of a base Model S. The base car will accelerate 0-60 mph in less than 6 seconds, enjoys an electric range of at least 215 miles per charge, seats five comfortably and provides storage from front and rear trunks. Expect deliveries yearend 2017.
Since the introduction of the Tesla Model S in Matchbox form i've actually noticed a surprising amount of the real vehicles on our roads. Almost Jaguar like in its smooth styling it cuts quite a dash which is why i'm so glad Matchbox reproduced it in such an accurate way. I'm not the only one who thinks this as a lot of Matchbox collectors really rave about this casting and its not hard to see why, beautiful tampo detailing front and rear and a deep glossy metallic finish. I managed to pick up quite a few of these a few months back from my local Morrisons and like so many models of the same batch they soon disappeared! Mint and boxed.

It felt at times I would never get my hands on this 2017 recolour of the brilliant Matchbox Tesla Model S but salvation has arrived , albeit much delayed, by the recent introduction of this last for 2017 batch at ASDA. Like all previous incarnations of this casting, its metallic white finish beautifully compliments a highly impressive and accurate little model this game changing electric executive vehicle. Everything is pretty much spot on right down to its intricate front and rear detailing and full length glass roof. Mint and boxed.
Judging by the recent reliability surveys if you own a real Tesla Model S the chances are you've suffered nothing but strife with them! No such issues with this little fella, the only trouble you'll have with it is finding one in the first place thanks to ASDA!!
This is the 2018 recolour and maybe its best yet on account of its gleaming metallic silver hue which almost always sets a model off nicely. No nasty grey plastic or lack of interior here, just a very smart and very stock looking model of a forward thinking electric executive car albeit one with lots of niggling problems!
