The TXR-7000(named after the "Terminator" from the movie) was invented in 2014 by the FM Advanced Technology company. Original models had thinner arms and legs, but were armored and thickened after reports of bullets and too much carrying weight would break off arms and legs. Also, a "ski" was placd on each foot because the robots sometimes would fall over.

Soldiers in their young twenties would be reqruited for this job that were(as the Army put it) good at video games. The single soldier would operate the TXR with a video game controller and a video game fake gun for a gun controller. The sight of the robot would be seen on a portable television.

The operators said it was rather fun to operate the TXRs because it was like a video game. One they would buy, they joked.

A army of robots would be unlikely because the TXRs were slow compared to humans and were used along side humans. Other TXRs were equiped with anti-tank guns and other TXRs soon were adapted to operate tanks. But all TXRs were operated by humans because the reactions of the Terminators were too slow when not under human control.

Congradulations if you read it all.

Superman and Terminator are immigrants too

So I was planning to write a solid wall of text, about how I made this and what other projects I'm working on, but it's pretty late as per my local time, and I'm quite tired, so here is a TLDR: I too have that 40k brainrot, just like Isaach (check out his stuff here: www.flickr.com/photos/198872015@N06/), so expect soon many more 40k related lego builds, including other terminators and a "basic" space marine. Perhaps even some filthy xenos might show up on my Flickr...

All the best.

Terminator series T-800 exoskeleton standing on the future battlefield firing his laser mini Laser rail-gun at the human resistance!!

+/- 1,60 mtr tall.

Pure LEGO build even the wires i used are from LEGO sets

Containing about 10.000 bricks (estimate could be more or less).

It took about 2 months to build and a extreme dent in my poor wallet.

I Didn't use bricklink back then so i bought some Castle themed LEGO and a Star Wars Ship (and lots of other sets) which resulted in not the exact replica of the model also i didn't want it to have the factory offline look but a action pose.

Eyes are lit up with led.

Head can turn 35 degrees to left or right (remote controlled).

Mini Laser rail-gun has a lit up power gauge and firing light when turned on (remote controlled).

Jaw can open and close (manual).

Head-Chip can be removed (manual).

Chest Power-Cells can be removed (manual).

Global protest of agricultural-menace Monsanto comes to Winnipeg.

March 11, 2012 – Winnipeg, Manitoba. On Friday, March 16th at 1pm, concerned citizens of Winnipeg will protest outside the Monsanto head office located in the Smart Park, University of Manitoba. Issues include insufficiently tested genetically-engineered foods, global food monopoly, terminator seeds and aggressive legal actions against individual farmers and small seed companies.

“There isn't a better way to show our opposition to such damaging policies they perpetuate than to protest outside their doors.” Occupy Monsanto Winnipeg statement.

Global opposition to Monanto has included class-action lawsuits filed against Monsanto by farmers, an international campaign “Millions Against Monsanto” and protests worldwide. In the aftermath of the earthquake that left the country of Haiti devastated, over ten thousand Haitian peasant farmers marched against Monsanto to protest the “donation” of hybrid seeds to replace the countries depleted stock. Hybrid seeds are engineered to be sterile after first harvest to stop farmers from saving and reusing seed, thus creating total dependence on the seed company.

Monsanto is the world’s largest biotech agricultural seed corporation based in the United States. Started in 1901 as an industrial chemical company, Monsanto has been notorious for producing such deadly compounds as Agent Orange, PCBs, DDT and more recently Roundup. Monsanto’s product Roundup, an herbicide with the active ingredient glyphosate, has been proven to cause birth defects. In recent years, crops have become resistant to Roundup and in some cases, multiple herbicides are now being used. Monsanto produces 90% of the world’s genetically-engineered seeds. Monsanto’s inadequate testing and failure to voluntarily label foods “GMO” has led to many countries, especially in the European Union, to ban all GMO foods.

Brooklyn Terminator is out there.

It can't be bargained with.

It can't be reasoned with.

It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear.

And it absolutely will not stop - ever - until you have been entertained!

De Lijn PCC Tram 6208 arrives at Gent Zuid while working a Route 24 service to Sint-Pietersstation. With the route ahead blocked by an earlier traffic accident, this service would terminated here and this tram used to work a Route 21 service from Zuid to Melle Leeuw.
