Spent yesterday at Sunset Beach. It was empty and awesome.

I'm not trying to pass this picture of the female Red-breasted Nuthatch off as a good picture. I just liked the way the shadow from one of the feeder supports looked like a field mark. The 2 RBN's must have made 50 trips each to the feeder during the afternoon. I think they were storing some of the seeds, eating others.

The doors are in raw form, laying on the saw horses. I still need to trim the windows.

Ian (the tutor) was quite upset that I didn't use a light meter when i took these pics, although there are only 2 apertures and 2 shutterspeeds to choose from ...and I was more concerned the chavs were going to run me over :))

The technology used to make modern tattoo machines has come a long way, however. While Tattoo's machine was based on the rotary technology of Tattoo machine engraving device,

A temporary marketplace set up by Onnagawa residents to benefit victims of the 2011 tsunami and earthquake in Tohoku.

During school, I usually can't pay attention in class so I resort to asking my classmates for pens - why would I carry my own? - and my arm usually ends up covered in my scribbles.

The temporary Transbay Transit Center.

Here was a homeless man's bicycle and cart he pulled from behind it, parked beside the wall I was taking photos of. Directly behind me for this entire shoot was a crowd of homeless people being fed by people from a church organization from the church across the street. There were about 15 homeless people or so. All had walked to this location but the guy who had this bike. I stood next to them, but didn't intrude on their lives. I wanted so badly to take pictures/portraits of them, but they were being fed and it didn't seem to be the right time to ask. I could hear their conversations...mainly of being grateful for the food, extra water that was brought and one man spreading the word of God to them.

I had $2 cash and some change on me. I gave what I had to the homeless people there. It was all that I could give. And for a moment, I still wished I had all the bags of clothing that I had just donated a few weeks ago to Good Will in the back of my trunk. I would have given all of it to these people/women sitting there. I didn't have one other thing to give.

I left humbled and drove past the projects in tears. I cannot explain more of what is going through my head, heart or thoughts; but it runs deep with compassion and empathy. Guilt. Guilt of what I have and they do not. What I should be doing more and don't.

The positive thing that I left with was these people getting fed a very good meal, with leftovers to take with them. I saw good, heartless people out feeding the homeless and bettering these homeless people's lives the best that they could. I know there is humanity out there amongst the bad things that can happen to people.

That's all there is to say.

Sam creates work through the re-appropriation of mundane activities such as taking the bus or going to McDonald’s, finding novel ways to celebrate personal and cultural identity in web centric, consumer driven environments and exploring ideas of fetish, childhood and consumerism.

Lightweight, intuitive, and efficiently assembled (or disassembled) without specialized tools, our modular wall system is made to respond to an evolving retail environment, business model, or changing workspace.

Available in 2-foot increments (up to 16ft) for standardized formatting, temporary walls can easily conform to the shape or design of your envisioned space. Made from durable material and with reusable application, our temporary partition walls are a viable and cost-effective alternative to soon-to-be discarded plywood or expensive and labor-intensive drywall. They are ideal for cordoning off construction, reimagining retail space or creating a more collaborative small business atmosphere, temporary walls can re-shape the interior of your business's office space.

Paneled with abrasion-resistive vinyl and framed with aluminum supports, our temporary wall systems are made to last and are simple to maintain. Maximize the surplus surface of these temporary wall panels by embellishing with striking branding or utilizing it as revenue generating ad-space. Rounded off with vibrant graphics and impactful messaging, the enclosure created will exude a professional permeance that other temporary wall solutions cannot replicate.

Converting any formless concourse into an organized interior with identity, let temporary walls create the space your business needs.

Straight out of camera, just shot on a very cloudy white balance setting.

This temporary fix have been here for over a year now. In the middle of the sidewalk theres a piece of a tree placed over a deep hole so that people wan't fall in. Only in the Philippines.

So... This is what the stabilized situation looked like...

It's a good thing a scratch on my paint more or less, really doesn't bother me with this car...

It's called "The Barn" for good reason ;-P

All I care about, is that we can technically put it back together more properly than the previous owner had, after changing the clutch... Which is the only thing in fact, I now do not need to bother with, as it's still good and feeling fresh...
