I need to go 'off road' and distract myself with a bit of fun (processing photos and doing something other than academic work). Was trying out a combination of cross-processing and HDR on this plain subject although I'm not too sure if i can pull this off. LOL.
There's just too much Company Law and Business Taxation clogging up my brain right now. The stress of trying to cram all that knowledge and being limited by time is killing me slowly. My exams are just 2 weeks away and I still seem so far behind in my revision. Now on my Company Law revision and next up, International Financial Management! (argh!)

A very brief glimpse of a pair of long ears made me pull over and take a longer look at this chap.
It was not easy getting a shot though, he kept on disappearing into the long grass leaving only the top of his head visible.
It is not easy finding Hares around here and if you are bald like me, asking if anyone knows the whereabouts of Hares is liable to get dodgy comments.
Just shortly before sunrise at Delicate Arch, the first two people to arrive at the arch showed up and stood in just the right spot - on the little rise beyond the arch but framed by the arch. They're so cute and tiny...
The Port of Rotterdam is huge. I did a harbour tour and barely scratched the surface. It goes on and on for miles and miles.

Foreign workers who help fill labour shortages in a wide range of B.C. sectors will be better protected under a new government licensing requirement for recruiters.
Those recruiters who help secure employment in B.C. for foreign workers have until Oct. 1, 2019, to acquire a licence.
This new licensing requirement will give better protection to workers new to Canada, including people who enter under the Temporary Foreign Workers Program and are more vulnerable to abuse in the workplace. Information about licensed recruiters will now also be available online in a searchable registry so that employers and foreign nationals will know which recruiters are licensed and in good standing.

We set out to observe Vancouver as it prepared for the 2010 Olympics. This is part of a photo journal of our observations. We focused on the newest installations in the city including: signage, pageantry and public/street art. Note: the Cygnus team were observers only, we were not involved in the Vancouver 2010 Wayfinding or signage program(s).
A shot from the west side of Marietta Ohio looking across the Muskingum River and the pontoon bridge built after the Putnam Street Bridge was swept off its piers during the March 1913 flood. Some of the piers and bridge decking can be seen across the river to the left.
