Clean technology leaders gathered Dec. 4 for the Clean Tech Executive Forum and release of the Metro Atlanta Clean Technology Ecosystem Report. The report shows that the metro Atlanta region is poised to become a global industry leader in clean technology in several key industry sectors and includes the results of a new clean tech economy inventory for the region, which shows that metro Atlanta is home to 541 clean tech company facilities representing 30,605 jobs focused on clean technology. The event brought together clean tech experts and leaders to discuss ways to grow and strengthen this fast growing industry. Keynote speakers included City of Atlanta COO Duriya Farooqui and Norrie McKenzie, Vice President of Renewable Development for Georgia Power.

Questacon – the National Science and Technology Centre (1988), is located on the southern shore of Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, Australia. It is a large centre with more than 200 interactive exhibits relating to science and technology.

Keeping pace with information technology trends is a never-ending game of catch-up. Ever more so for today’s organizations, which are working on IT transformation after years of tight budgets and maintaining existing technologies. Unfortunately, technology innovation continued to surge ahead. Herein lies an opportunity disguised as a technology gap.

Immaginate di essere nel 1984 e pensate a come potesse suonare l'heavy metal più estremo in quel periodo, i Barbarian non a caso parlano di "regressive metal".

 

I Children of Technology sono attivi da anni e sono considerati uno dei nomi di punta del revival metal/punk, fra i loro nomi tutelari si possono citare Carnivore, Warfare, English Dogs, Broken Bones. Dopo il disco dello scorso anno su Ripping Storm/Hells Headbangers/Terror from Hell, arrivano a Trieste e il loro immaginario apocalittico comincia già a colorare l'orizzonte.
